Watchman murdered in Sanathnagar
(Siasat News): The watchman of a mineral waterplant was brutally murdered in Sanathnagar. Police sources said that the deceased Hanumiah, 50, resident of Moti Nagar, has been working in a mineral water plant owned by one Mahender Yadav.

He had joined his duty last evening and had found dead in a water sump this morning. The manager of the waterplant had first spotted the dead body and informed the police.

A team Sanathnagar police reached the spot and collected the evidence. A case has been registered and further investigations are on.

Christian Priest dies in road accident

(Siasat News): A 65-year-old Christian priest died in a road accident occurred in L B Nagar. Police sources said that the deceased C A Jacob, native of Achchampet had come to meet his son Praveen Kumar, resident of Alkapuri.

This morning at 6 am, he had bought a newspaper and returning to his son’s house when a speeding car knocked him down that is going fom Uppal to L B Nagar, killing him on the spot.

Police shifted the dead body to Osmania Hospital mortuary.

Student held with illegal revolver

(Siasat News): Tappachabutra police has arrested an MBA student for illegally possessing a revolver and involving in extortion.

Police said that K Vishwanath, 25, native of Nellore, was an MBA student. He was in the habit of leading a luxury lifestyle. To earn easy bucks, he obtained single barrel revolver and cartridges from two persons who hailed from Bihar.

Vishwanath was threatening the local people with the revolver and was involved in extortion, forcibly taking money from them.

Tappachabutra police arrested Vishwanath from Guddi Malkapur during a crackdown operation.
