Suspicious death of two
(Siasat News): Two persons died of burn injuries in suspicious circumstances in two different incidents occurred at Chandrayangutta and Kukatapally.

According to Chandrayangutta police, Sheikh Maqbool, 40, resident of Nimrah colony, last night sustained severe burn injuries and died.

In the second incident, Kukatpally said that the deceased Jaffer, 25, resident of Prashant Nagar, had a row with his wife on 15th august and later, took the extreme step setting himself ablaze by pouring kerosene on his body.

Police said that Jaffer died last night during the treatment. Both the cases are registered by police and further investigations are on.

Illegal shifting of explosives, 3 arrested

(Siasat News): Commissioner Task force has arrested three persons for illegally shifting and selling the explosives in the city.

Additional Deputy Commissioner P Rameshia said that R Narsimha, 40, hails from Nalogonda, used to sell Ammonium Nitrate, Gelatin sticks and detonators to the people on double the price.

He said that civil contractor D Ramulu, had obtained a contract of stone crushing with dynamite blast and contacted his friend Ramchander who was a good friend of Narsimha. The deal was sealed and Narsimha shifted the explosives in an Indica car in the city.

Narsimha had actually a relative who hold the license of selling explosives and with his help, he tried to finalize the deal of supply of explosives.

Narsimha and Ramchander were arrested near Trimulgherry and 3100 Gelatin sticks, 3500 electronic detonators, 17 bags containing Ammonium Nitrate and Indica car were seized and handed over to Trimulgherry police.

Land grabber arrested for duping people

(Siasat News): Madhapur police has arrested notorious land grabber who was involved in duping many people by fake layout.

Commissioner police Cyberabad C V Anand said while addressing a press conference that B Ravinder, 50, a notorious land grabber, had made a fake lay-out of the lands of survey No. 30 and 31 at Gutla Begumpet and had sold them to 27 persons.

He further said that the abovesaid lands were re-sold to another nine persons during 1996-2000. He duped hundreds of people with fake layouts. The culprit had six cases in pending in Cyberabad in connection with land grabbing act.

As soon as Madhapur ACP Mr. K V ram Narsimha Reddy got the news of Ravinder involved in another dupe case, he formed a special team and arrested Ravinder and a case has been registered against him.

He said that history-sheet is also going to be opened against him.
