Old man murdered
Hyderabad, January 21 (Siasat News): An old man was brutally murdered in the suburban area of Medchal. According to the police, some unidentified assailants killed him with sharp weapon.
The name of the deceased was P Chakravorthy, 61. He was shifted to the hospital but died during the treatment. The deceased was the manager of an agricultural company.
The cause of the murder is yet to be ascertained. Further investigations are on.
Younger brother dies in elder brother’s attack
Hyderabad, January 21 (Siasat News): The quarrel of two brothers on a petty issue resulted in the death of the younger brother.
This incident occurred in Jubilee Hills police station limits. Younger brother H Srikant, 16, was killed in the attack of his elder brother Rajesh.
Both were residing at SVR Hills. The quarrel started on a petty issue and in a rage of anger, Rajesh took a kitchen knife and attacked Srikant.
As per the police statement, Rajesh was under the influence of alcohol and was unhappy with Srikant. Inspector Jubilee Hills Mr. Narsing Rao has registered a case and investigations are on.
Attempt to obtain visa on fake documents foiled
Hyderabad, January 21 (Siasat News): North zone team of commissioner task force has arrested two persons who were attempting to obtain US visa by procuring fake documents including bank statement, income tax return.
As per the details, Syed Basheer, 26, resident of Mallepally had collected the aforesaid fake documents with the help of one Mir Zafar Ali of Alijah Kotla.
Later, he contacted the US consulate with the fake documents where his application for the visa was rejected.
In the second incident, one Saber bin Abdullah, who had been to Muscat in the past, tried to obtain US visa with the help of one Mateen Shareef where his visa application was also rejected.
Task force handed over the arrested persons with the seized materials, to Begumpet police.
