Wife set ablaze by husband
Hyderabad, April 20 (Siasat News): The gory incident of husband setting his wife ablaze occurred in L B Nagar phase-II last night. 25-year-old Padmavathi died during the treatment.
She was admitted to the hospital by her relatives. According to the details, Bhaktinath, resident of NTR Nagar, torched Padmavathi, who was said to be his second wife. They got married seven years ago.
Her parents were also living in the same locality. Bhaktinath was suspicious about the fidelity of his wife and kept on harassing her for quite some time.
A relative of Padmavathi used to come to her house to meet her and Bhaktinath did not like this. He was under the wrong impression that his wife had illicit relations with her relative.
Last night Bhaktinath, sought an explanation from his wife in connection with the visit of the said relative and both of them started arguing with each other, which enraged Bhaktinath. Out of sheer anger, he took the extreme step of killing his wife.
Police L B Nagar has registered a case and further investigations are on.
Trader ends life
Hyderabad, April 20 (Siasat News): A 43-year-old businessman ended his life by consuming poison as he was under heavy debt and facing loss in his business.
The incident took place under Saroor Nagar police station limits. According to the police the deceased Satyanarayana was an oil trader at Mahboobgunj, Malakpet.
The cause of the death is yet to be ascertained but police is of the opinion that he might have committed suicide as the loss in business has become unbearable and he was financially not in a position to repay his debts.
Teenager girl student kidnapped
Hyderabad, April 20 (Siasat News): In the outskirts of the city a teenager girl student was kidnapped allegedly by her lover.
This incident occurred at Suraram, in Dundigal police station limits. According to the police, 13-year-old Renuka is the daughter of one Shankar who resides in Suraram colony. She is the student of class VII.
Today, when she was returning along with her friends after writing the exams, some miscreants in an auto, kidnapped her. The news was delivered by her friends to her parents. They immediately lodged a complaint with the police.
Police has traced the kidnapper but Renuka is yet to be released from their clutches. Police claims that it would very soon got her released and the kidnappers will be arrested.
It is suspected that a failed lover is behind the kidnap drama. Police is in search of a 25-year-old youth Navin Kumar.
It is also revealed that earlier, Renuka’s and Navin’s parents were living in the same building on rent and Navin was in love with her ever since.
