Aged man brutally murdered in Maula Ali

(Siasat News): An old man was brutally murdered at the industrial area in Maula Ali. Later, the unidentified killers dumped his body and fled the scene.

Police said that the deceased Manoj Kumar was a labourer and residing at Malkajgiri. Last night he had ventured out of the house with two persons.

However, he did not return home. Police suspect that his companions Emmanuel and Harish might be there behind the murder.

It is further said that Harish had mortgaged his motorbike with Manoj in lieu of some money. A few days ago he had taken back his bike without repaying the money he had borrowed from Manoj.

When Manoj started forcing Harish to clear his dues, he was murdered. Police Malkajgiri has registered a case and further investigations are on.

Houses burgled in Langar Houz and Santosh Nagar

(Siasat News): Burglars looted 72 tolas gold ornaments and Rs. 15000 in cash from the house of one Mohd. Abdul Rasheed, a trader from Padmanabha Nagar and made their escape good.

The second incident took place near Santosh Nagar Housing Board colony police station where the house of one Khaja Habeebuddin was burgled where the burglars made their escape good with 20 tolas gold ornaments and Samsung smart phone.

The clues team of the police reached the spot of both crimes and collected the evidences. Further investigations are on.

Passenger arrested at airport

(Siasat News): The custom officials arrested a passenger and seized 467 grams gold from his possession. The unidentified passenger had reached Hyderabad from Muscat through Oman Airlines.

During the custom checking, officials found the gold in his luggage. When he was enquired about the same he could not give satisfactory reply.

He was arrested and a case has been registered against him.
