Hukka Centre raided
(Siasat News): Police raided a Hukkah Centre being illegally run at Sadaat Nagar under the Pahadi Shareef police station. 13 customers and 3 employees were produced in the court.
As per the details, Pahadi Shareef got the tip-off that a hukkah center is illegally run in the area. When the raid was conducted, the owner of the center Ahmed dodged the police and ran away.
Police also seized 23 hukkahs. Further investigations are on.
Mandal surveyor caught red-handed
(Siasat News): Mandal surveyor Ghatkesar RR district, P Satyasagar was caught red-handed by the sleuths of Anti-corruption Bureau when he was accepting the bribe of Rs.50, 000.
Later, the money, which was kept secretly with another official, was recovered. Both officials are arrested and would be produced before the special ACB court.
Further investigations are in progress.
Man ends life over son’s death
(Siasat News): A man who was highly upset over the death of his son, consumed pesticides and ended his life.
This incident occurred in Shahabad police station limits where Bheema Anna, 45, who was the resident of Shahabad and has been working as labour, was very upset over the death of his son four years ago.
He fell ill ever since, as his son had committed suicide. He had consumed pesticides last night and succumbed in a hospital during the treatment.
Police has registered a case and further investigations are in progress.
Hoax bomb call in a school
(Siasat News): The situation turned sensational when a school in Dilsukhnagar received a call where the caller informed that a bomb has been planted in the school premises which could go off any time.
According to Malakpet police, the management of NRDG School received a call from an unknown person. The management immediately alerted the Malakpet police and started evacuating the students from the school premises.
Police called the bomb disposal squad and searched the entire building but no bomb was found. Thus the call proved hoax.
Malakpet police has registered a case and trying to trace the caller.
