Woman arrested with drugs
(Siasat News): The custom officials at Shamshabad RGI airport arrested a woman and seized drugs worth Rs. 2 crore from her possession.

According to the details, the woman had come from Dubai by an Ittehad airlines flight. On intelligence report, the officials checked the flight passengers as it was due to fly for South Africa.

After checking, the officials recovered 20 packets of drugs. The arrested lady is from South Africa and identified as Hingo Samuels.

Further interrogations are still on.

Missing man’s dead body found

(Siasat News): Police has found the dead body of a man missing from Pahadi Shareef.

Police sources said that Mohd. Yousuf Baig, 52, was the resident of Pahadi Shareef and was working as a denter. However, he suddenly went missing on March 16.

Police has registered a case and further investigations are on.

Fall from tree proved fatal

(Siasat News): A man who had climbed a tree to pluck tamarind, fell down and died. Police sources said that Jangiah, 50, had climbed a tree near Osmania University in order to pluck some tamarind.

He was a cook in the university hostel. However, he lost his balance and fell down and was severely injured.

He was shifted to a hospital where he died last night during the treatment.

Man electrocuted to death

(Siasat News): a man was electrocuted to death in Mailardevpally whereas his brother was injured. Police sources said that Tanaji, 36, was a lorry driver was passing from Mailardevpally along with his brother who was working as a cleaner.

During their journey, the lorry came into contact with high-tension live wire killing Tanaji on the spot and injuring his brother.

The deceased was the native of Latur and was going to L B Nagar. Police is further investigating.

Two die in train accidents

(Siasat News): Two persons died in two different train accidents in Kachiguda railway police limits. One victim is yet to be identified

In the first case, Ravinder, 27, a resident of Uppuguda, had fallen from the running train in suspicious circumstances between Dabeerpura and Uppuguda railway stations and had sustained severe injuries.

He was admitted to the hospital where he died last night.

In the second case, a man said to be between 44 to 50 years of age, hit by a train near Falaknuma railway station when he was trying to cross the railway tracks.

Police has recovered his dead body that is yet to be identified. Both the cases are registered and further investigations are on.
