Wife strangulated to death by husband
(Siasat News): A husband strangulated his wife to death in Kushaiguda. As per the details, one Raju, 30, was an auto driver.
However, he wanted to own an auto rickshaw and for this, he was insisting upon his wife Rajeetha to buy him a new auto rickshaw. When Rajeetha refused to oblige, Raju, out of rage, strangulated her to death.
This incident occurred in his house situated at Nagarjuna colony. Police has registered a case and started the manhunt for Raju who is absconding.
Software engineer’s house burgled
(Siasat News): An incident of burglary took place in the house of a software engineer in Chilkalguda police station limits where gold ornaments and cash was stolen.
According to police, software engineer Rakesh along with his other relatives had gone to a temple on the occasion of the marriage of his brother.
In their absence, the burglars broke open the lock of the house and gained entry and made their escape good with 20 tolas gold ornaments and Rs. 5 lakh cash.
A team of Chilkalguda police reached the spot and called clue team and obtained the fingerprints of the culprits. Further investigations are on.
Dispute on betting business, one killed
(Siasat News): A man was murdered near Eraagadda Jama Masjid due to some dispute in betting business.
As per the details, one Hameed from Sanathnagar, who runs a betting joint in the area, had fired his old employee Afroz and appointed one Imran Shah Khan in his place.
However, late last night, a dispute arose by Shakir, brother of Hameed and Afroz, in connection with betting. In the meantime, Imran also reached there to address the dispute.
All of a sudden, Afroz and his brother Irfan attacked Imran with a knife, injuring him severely. Imran succumbed to his injuries when he was being shifted to the hospital.
It is also disclosed that the deceased Imran was to get married on December 9 this year. His murder turned the happy atmosphere of the house into gloom.
Sanathnagar police has registered a case and further investigations are on.
