Old man electrocuted to death
(Siasat News): An old man living in Maheshwaram, electrocuted to death. According to police, 65-year-old man Balaraju was a farmer and hailed from dist. Nagaram.
Yesterday, when he reached his farm and wanted to irrigate the land. In doing so, he had started the motor for the water supply but accidentally came into contact with a live wire and died on the spot.
Police has registered a case and further investigations are on.
Indebted brother commits suicide after sister’s marriage
(Siasat News): A man who was heavily indebted as he wanted to perform his sister’s marriage, committed suicide by using pesticide under mental pressure. 23-year-old man Bharat Kumar was a private employee.
His sister got married sometimes back and to perform the said, Bharat had borrowed money to foot the expenditure of the marriage single handedly.
Though marriage was solemnized but he was under pressure to repay the loan. When he realized that he was unable to repay the loan, he attempted suicide on October 16.
He was immediately shifted to the hospital where he died last night during the treatment. Police has registered a case and further investigations are in progress.
