Lift mechanic murdered
(Siasat News): A lift mechanic was murdered in Kukatpally. This sensational murder took place at the boys hostel where 26-year-old Gopi was crushed with heavy boulders.
Police sources said that the deceased was the native of Vikarabad and residing at the boys hostel situated at Vivekanand Nagar in Kukatpally since last two years.
Last night Gopi had reached the hostel along with his assistant Ramesh who after dropping him, went back. The next morning when Ramesh reached the spot to pick up Gopi, he was found dead.
Police Kukatpally has registered a murder case and further investigations are on.
Student drowns in Umda Sagar
(Siasat News): A student drowned in Umda Sagar situated in Mailardevpally in suspicious circumstances.
Police sources said that the deceased Rajendranath was the resident of Shanti Nagar in Kattedan. He along with his two friends Abhay, 12 and Raghuvender, 9 had come to Umda Sagar for swimming.
However, his two friends were not interested in swimming then Rajendranath took a dive in the waters.
To the shock of his two friends when he did not reappear on the surface, they grew suspicious and panicked.
They immediately informed the police and with the help of the divers police is trying to fish out the dead body. Further information is awaited.
Online thief arrested
(Siasat News): Vanasthalipuram police has arrested a notorious thief who used to steal the materials and goods booked online and seized materials worth Rs. 2 lakh.
Detective Inspector Vanasthalipuram Sanjiva Reddy said that Suresh, 24, was the resident of Vanasthalipuram. He had adopted a unique way of committing thefts as he was heavily indebted.
He used to order materials online with a wrong address and when the delivery boy searching the address, he used to steal the materials and goods kept in the vehicle.
This is how he had committed two crimes. Police has arrested him and interrogations are on.
Man ends life
(Siasat News): A man committed suicide in Gandhi Nagar. It is said that one Dinesh, 26, a private employee was very much busy in the preparations to celebrate his son’s birthday.
However, on the day of the occasion, he and his wife Hemalatha had exchanged heated arguments on a petty matter.
Dinesh became very upset over this and hanged himself to death. Police has registered a case and further investigations are in progress.
