Man murdered in Raidurgam

(Siasat News): A man was brutally murdered in Raidurgam police limits in Cyberabad and the dead body was found and identified as that of one Ushappa, 43. Police is yet to ascertain the motive behind the murder.

It is suspected that the deceased might have killed due to the old enmity. On July 15, the deceased had come to Sheikhpet to meet his sister.

After spending two days at his sister’s house when he was about to go back, he was murdered. In its preliminary investigations, police said that Ushappa was strangulated to death and later the killers had smashed him with a heavy boulder.

A case has been registered and further investigations are on.

Murderer of mother arrested

(Siasat News): Mneerpet police has arrested a heartless son who had killed his own aged mother. Following the tip-off from the neighbours, police had detained Kanvaya, 45 and when he was grilled, he admitted having killed his mother.

Meerpet police said that the accused was a labour and yesterday, he had murdered his mother and trying to conceal the evidences when his neighbours smelled foul play and immediately informed the police.

He used to demand money from his 80-year-old mother instead of taking care of her in this old age. However, his mother always refused to oblige. Yesterday, when she once against refused, Kanvaya attacked his mother and killed her.

He was trying to pose as if his mother had died a natural death but he could dodge his neighbours. Police is further investigating.

Failure in getting job led to suicide

(Siasat News): A man, who was unable to get a job despite continuous efforts, took the extreme step of ending his life.

This incident occurred in Uppal police limits where Naresh Kumar, 28, hanged himself to death.

Police sources said that the deceased was MBA student and has been residing at a guest house in Habsiguda. He was the native of Guntur.

He had come to the city in search of a good job but failed to get one. Uppal police is further investigating.

23 booked for drunken driving

(Siasat News): Shamshabad RGI traffic inspector Bhaskar Reddy said that that in the locality police has started a crackdown against the drunken driving and cases are booked against many persons.

Today, 23 violators were produced in Rajendranagar Court. The court had sentenced seven persons for one day jail and 16 persons were heavily fined and moreover, they were assigned the traffic duty.

Inspector further warned that stern action against the violators would be intensified.
