Woman murdered in Gagan Pahad
(Siasat News): A woman was murdered in Shamshabad RGI police limits. Police is yet to identify the woman.
A case has been registered and the dead body is sent to Osmania for post mortem. Police suspect that the deceased might be raped before the murder.
Further investigations are on.
Over drunk girl dies
(Siasat News): A young girl died as she had consumed the liquor in excess quantity. According to Osmania University police, the deceased Sofia Pravatani, 23, resident of Chiragh Ali Lane, Abids, had attended a party arranged by her friends at Habsiguda last night.
During the party, she was offered liquor and she started enjoying it as it put her in high spirits. However, she failed to realize that the excess quantity could prove fatal and the same thing happened.
Her health condition deteriorated. She was immediately shifted to a nearby hospital but her condition worsened. Later, she was taken to Osmania Hospital where she died.
