Conman arrested
(Siasat News): The CCS of cyber crime police has arrested a conman who had duped many persons on the false promises of arranging loan for them.

It is said that one Vikas Pandey, 22, native of Uttam Nagar, New Delhi, used to get the mobile phone numbers of persons and used to assure them that he would arrange loan for them without any guarantee and relevant documents.

The irony of it was that he was very much there in New Delhi and from there deceived people in Andhra, Telangana, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. Cyber Crime police had to face a lot of difficulties in tracing Vikas Pandey as he always changed his sim card after committing a crime.

His victims are in thousands and he had collected a sum of Rs. 35 to 40 lakh in the name of registration alone. Not only this, he also dodged people in the name of insurance company and tour packages.

Police has requested the general public not to pay any attention to the blank calls.

Husband arrested for wife’s character assassination

(Siasat News): The cyber crime police of CCS have arrested a husband who was involved in character assassination of his wife by uploading fake obscene video of his wife on social networking site.

As per the details, one Raghuvendra Rao married his girl friend in 2011 after completing his MBA and had a baby girl. However, the differences developed between the couple and they were always at the logger heads that resulted into their separation in 2013.

To take revenge in 2014, the accused posted obscene fake video of his ex wife on the social networking site for her character assassination.

Cyber Crime police has arrested Raghuvender Rao and seized mobile phone and hard disc from his possession.

Man jailed for abetment to suicide

(Siasat News): The III Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge of Nampally Criminal Court ordered the sentence of three years for a man who was responsible for abetting a girl to commit suicide.

It is said that G Santosh Kumar, 28, native of Nalgonda had promised one Prashanthi of old Malakpet to marry her and assured her that his love for her is selfless.

However, after sometime, he refused to marry her. A dejected Prashanthi had committed suicide in 2012. A complaint was lodged by the father of the deceased P Nageshwar Rao against Santosh Kumar.

Sub-inspector Chaderghat P Parshuram had investigated this case that resulted in the conviction of the accused. He was sent to jail for one year plus he had to pay a sum of Rs. 1000 as fine.

Minor dies in road accident

(Siasat News): A minor boy Shiva aged 5 years crushed to death in a road accident occurred in Vanasthalipuram. The deceased was crossing the road when he was hit by a speeding vehicle.

Vanasthalipuram police has registered a case and investigations are on.

Minor fell down from height, dies

(Siasat News): A two and half year old minor fell down from a height that proved fatal for him. Police sources said that the minor Narneet Reddy was the resident of Ibrahimpatnam.

Yesterday, he was playing in the balcony of the house from where he fell down on the ground in suspicious circumstances. He was immediately shifted to the hospital where he died during the treatment.

Further investigations are underway.
