Shirdi bound bus looted by docoits
(Siasat News): A bus belonging AP Tourism and was on its travel to Shridi, was looted by some dacoits near Ahmednagar in Maharashtra.

In the meantime, deputy superintendent of police, Karjat, Mr. Dheeraj Patel said  that passengers of the bus were looted by a gang of armed dacoits and they fled the scene after looting gold ornaments and other valuables to the tune of Rs. 2,60,000.

Bus driver Mohd. Mukarram Khan said that the bus was passing from Ahmednagar’s remote area where a gang of dacoits stopped the bus. Four passengers got injured in the melee and were admitted to the local hospital.

A complaint has been lodged with Ahmednagar police and it has started the investigations after arresting 14 suspicious persons.

Prostitution racket busted

(Siasat News): Panjagutta police has busted a prostitution racket by raiding a lodge. It is said that the racket was being run with the help of ‘What’s Up’ Internet website. Panjagutta police has raided the lodge and arrested a girl from Delhi and a young man.

It is further said that other rackets are also ‘active’ with the help of Internet websites. Police is trying to bust those rackets too.

Man dies as wall fell on him

(Siasat News): A man died when a wall accidentally fell on him at Kachiguda. Police said that the deceased K Raju. 26, resident of Sanjiv Nagar colony, Marredapally, had come to an optical shop at Kachiguda yesterday.

In the meantime, the wall of the building situated adjacent to the optical shop gave in and fell on Raju resulted in his severe injury.

When he was shifted to a nearby hospital, doctors declared him dead as his head was severely injured.

Naraynaguda police has registered a case of negligence against the builder and further investigations are on.
