Murder accused arrested

Hyderabad, April 18 (Siasat News): The special investigation team of Cyberabad Police has arrested eleven accused who were allegedly involved in the murder of advocate Ashok Reddy in Nanakramguda last month. Police also seized the weapons and the vehicle used in the murder.

Commissioner Police, Cyberabad, Mr. C H Dwaraka Trirmal Rao, while narrating the details, said that the dispute in land situated in survey No. 50,61 and 74 at Sherlingampally, is the cause of the advocate’s death.

The deceased was the advocate of one Mr. E Sanjeeva Reddy and was successful in getting the verdict of the dispute in favour of his client. This caused a grudge against the advocate by the opponents of Sanjeeva Reddy.

They hatched a conspiracy to eliminate the advocate and attacked him on March 26 near Tahsildar office with axes and suckles.

The murderers were waiting for him near tahsildar’s office. As soon as the advocate reached there, the murderers threw chilly powder in his eyes and attacked him with lethal weapons killing him instantly.

Girl raped in church

Hyderabad, April 18 (Siasat News): A girl was raped in Narayanguda’s Baptist church where the accused fled after committing the crime.

According to the details, the 18-year-old girl was staying with her mother Laxmi in an old age home situated in Ram Nagar. Today, she had gone for the prayers to the Baptist church where she was allegedly raped in the noon hours.

When blood marks were found on her clothes, she was admitted to a local hospital. Later, when the police was informed about the crime, she was shifted to Petlaburj Government Maternity hospital.

The clothes and other belongings of the girl has been sent forensic laboratory whereas her blood sample is also obtained. Narayanguda police has registered a case and further investigations are on where the affected girl’s call sheet on her mobile phone will also be scrutinized.
