Woman threatened by husband, ends life

(Siasat News): A woman who was threatened by her husband that he would disown her, committed suicide.

This incident occurred in Panjagutta police limits where Sushila, 24, took the extreme step. It is said that the deceased was very upset over the threatening of her husband Ramulu.

Yesterday, he had left for Nizamabad and while leaving, he had threatened his wife that by the time he returned, he would not want to see her face again.

The duo is the residents of Yellareddyguda. They were fighting for quite some time and their relations were severed. Sushila took the threats seriously and ended her life.

Panjagutta police has registered a case and further investigations are on.

Man fell off the building, dies

(Siasat News): A man fell off the building in suspicious circumstances in Jubilee Hills that proved fatal. Police said that the deceased Vasudev, 39, was in the state of sleep when the accident occurred late last night.

Police sources further said that the deceased was the native of Srikakulum. On august 14, he was sleeping on the first floor of the building from where he fell off in suspicious circumstances.

He had sustained severe injuries and was taken to the hospital where he died during the treatment. Police has registered a case and further investigations are on.

Weapons seized in police cordon search

(Siasat News): South Zone police has conducted a cordon search in order to get information about the illegal activities of the suspected people and anti-social elements in Madannapet.

The search operation was conducted under the supervision of Dy. Commissioner Police, South Zone Mr. Satyanarayna at the s Chandraiah slum area in Madannapet where 11 suspected persons including 7 rowdy sheeters were held and 44 motorbikes, 3 autos and 7 swords were seized.

He said that the purpose of the cordon search was to promote the sense of security among the people. He further said that these kinds of cordon searches are conducted in different parts of the old city.

Two students commit suicide

(Siasat News): Two students including a girl committed suicide in two different incidents at Ramgopalpet in Secunderabad and Jawahar Nagar police limits in Cyberabad.

According to Ramgopalpet police, the deceased Vishnu, 20, a B.Tech student, has been residing in a boys hostel, hanged himself to death.

Police is yet to ascertain the motive behind his suicide as no suicide note was found near his body.

According to Jawahar Nagar police one Jyoti Kumari, 17, a student and the daughter of one Suresh Prasad, was very upset over her deteriorating health since last three years.

Last night, she also hanged herself to death. Police is further investigating.
