Money looted from trader
(Siasat News): Some unidentified robbers looted Rs. 11 lakhs from a trader at Nandi Hills of Meerpet and fled the scene.

Inspector Meerpet Mr. Sridhar Reddy said that Manohar Reddy, a steel trader and resident of Vanasthalipuram, had withdrawn a sum of Rs. 11 lakhs from Karur Vysya bank and going towards his office by keeping the money bag on the tank of his motorbike.

In the meantime, two unidentified persons speedily came from behind, overtook his bike, resulting in falling of the trader.

The robbers took the advantage and snatched the bag from him carrying the cash and fled. Meerpet police has registered a case and further investigations are on.

Ex-Judge’s house burgled

(Siasat News): An incident of burglary took place in the house of an ex-judge in Malkajgiri police station limits where they made their escape good with gold ornaments and cash.

As per the details, ex-judge P V Subramanium had gone to pilgrimage to Chennai on July 12. When he came back yesterday to his house situated in Vasanthpuri colony, he found the rear door of the house opened.

Out of curiosity, they immediately entered the house and found that 30 tolas gold ornaments. One kg silver and Rs. 4000 in cash was missing. Malkajgiri police was immediately informed and the Cyberabad clues team and the dog squad immediately reached the spot.

However, Maklkajgiri police has registered a case and a manhunt is launched.

Man kills wife’s brother

(Siasat News): A man killed his own brother-in-law (wife’s brother) at Sidhanthi in Shamshabad.

According to the details, the deceased Mani Babu had taken a loan of Rs. 20,000 from the husband of his sister. However, he was not re-paying the same on the pretext of one or the other.

Today also, Pritham Raju reached Sidhanthi to get his money from Mani Babu. Both of them started exchanging the heated argument and in the meantime, Mani Babu’s 38-year-old brother Shyam also joined the argument.

Pritham Raju pushed him aside. The push was so hard that Shyam sustained severe head injuries and died on the spot.

Shamshabad RGI police has registered a case and further investigations are on.

Man ends life

(Ssiasat News): A man after having a row with his wife, ended his life by jumping before a running train.

This incident occurred between Jame Osmania and Vidya Nagar railway stations where J Raju, 35, resident of Parsigutta, took the extreme step.

Yesterday, he had demanded money from his wife for boozing which was turned down by his wife. He was an acute alcoholic. When he did not get the money, he went to the railway tracks out of frustration and took the extreme step.

Railway police has registered a case and further investigations are in progress.
