Engineer held for harassment
(Siasat News): The Cyber wing of Cyberabad police has arrested a software engineer as he was involved in harassing his fellow engineer by creating a fake ID on social networking website.

It is said that the engineer Koteshwar Rao had proposed marriage to applicant woman software engineer, which was turned down.

Angry over this, Koteshwar Rao created fake face book ID of the woman and started harassing her saying that if she would not marry her, he would commit suicide and would post the suicide note face book.

The woman did not keep quite and lodged a complaint with cyber crime police. Koteshwar Rao later arrested by police in compliance with IT act and sent to jail.

Car caught fire on ORR

(Siasat News): A moving car caught fire near Huda colony of Shamshabad on Outer Ring Road and gutted to ashes but miraculously all passengers were safe.

According to the details, Ujwal Reddy and Balakrishna Reddy were traveling in the car from L B Nagar to Gachibowli. However, when they reached Shamshabad, they noticed sparks emitting out of the engine and they turned into flames.

They immediately got down from the car and within minutes, the car caught fire and gutted. Fire engine immediately reached the spot and extinguished the fire.

Shamshabad RGI police has registered a case.

Man held for alleged rape

(Siasat News): Jubilee Hills police has registered a man for allegedly raping a woman.

Police sources said that Syed Siraj Ahmed, 36, resident of Rahmathnagar, was alleged to have raped a 20-year-old labour woman. The accused is said to be a driver.

Further investigations are on.

Students injured during lab experiment

(Siasat News): Two students got injured in a private college during the lab experiment in Bachupally. It is said that two students Sunil Kumar and Sri Teja Reddy, pursuing MPC I year, were busy in some tests in the college laboratory.

During the experiment the testing tube blasted resulting in their injury.

The college administration immediately shifted them to the hospital where they are undergoing treatment.
