Don Farah issued externment notice
Hyderabad, June 16 (Siasat News): The city police commissioner Mr. A K Khan issued externment orders to 12 rowdy sheeters including ‘lady don’ Farah Fatima, rowdy sheeter of Dabirpura police station in order to keep the city’s atmosphere peaceful and violence-free.
She was earlier detained under the P.D. Act. After her release from jail in 2003, she was involved in seven criminal cases and has been accused of maintaining a gang of anti-social elements.
Wife ends life after row with husband
Hyderabad, June 16 (Siasat News): A woman committed suicide in the jurisdiction of Kukatpally Housing Board police station limits after having fought with her husband.
B Naveena, wife of one Raju, consumed poison at her residence and died during the treatment in the hospital. Police sources said that they got love married seven years ago and have a son and a daughter.
Raju was an auto driver and wanted to buy a car but Naveena kept on opposing him. They fought over this matter on June 14 and Raju left for Sanga Reddy. In his absence Naveena took the extreme step of ending her life.
Police has registered a case and further investigations are on.
Man arrested for traveling on fake passport
Hyderabad, June 16 (Siasat News): The immigration staff of Rajiv Gandhi International Airport arrested a man who was traveling on a fake passport and handed over to RGI police.
According to the police, Soutari Rajiah, 45, was the native of Kamareddy, Nizamabad and had gone to Dubai in 2002. However, his passport was kept by his employer. Rajiah wanted to come to India but refusal to hand over the passport from his employer led him to obtain Emergency Certificate (EC) and came back to India in 2007.
He was succeeded in making another passport with the help of the EC. When he contacted an agent for a visa, he was told that if he would try to travel on the passport, he is likely to be held.
The agent convinced him to obtain a news passport and visa. He took Rs. 30,000 from Rajiah and pasted his picture on the passport of one Dola Shankar.
Rajiah happily reached RGI to board the aircraft for Dubai but his happiness short-lived as he was held by the immigration staff.
He was remanded to the custody whereas police has started the crackdown for the agent and Dola Shankar.
Man jumps in front of running train
Hyderabad, June 16 (Siasat News): A 54-year-old man jumped from a running train, as he was very upset on financial and health grounds.
This incident occurred near Secunderabad railway station. Railway police said that D Sai Baba, resident of Bansilalpet, jumped in front of a running train near Secunderabad railway station. He was crushed to death. Further investigations are on.
