Gambling den raided, 71 arrested
(Siasat News): The East Zone Team of Task Force had raided two recreations club in the city, arrested 71 persons and recovered huge money from them.
As per the details, Epitome Sports and Cultural Association Club situated at Nomad Chamber in Habitude, was raided and 19 persons including the supervisor of the club were arrested.
A sum of Rest. 55000 recovered from them. All arrested persons were handed over to University and Chaderghat police stations.
Attempt to sell baby girl foiled
(Siasat Mews): the police have nabbed two persons for trying to sell a baby girl for a hefty sum near Alpha Hotel in Secunderabad.
The police arrested Shahnaz Begum, 45 and her husband Jahangir, 50 who were trying to sell the newborn baby girl of Minhaj Bee.
Receiving information about the oral agreement between the two to sell the infant, the police team arrested the husband-wife duo and foiled their attempt.
