Man killed by brother
(Siasat News): A man brutally killed his own brother in Manchal. It is said that one Mahender, 38, resident of Lingampally, was an unemployed alcoholic.
On October 9, when he was fast asleep in his house, just then, his brother Girish gained entry into the house by removing some roof tiles as the door was bolted from inside. After getting in, Mahender was severely beaten by Girish who left the house after allegedly beating Mahender.
However, Mahender remained in the same condition for two days and later he was admitted to the hospital where he died during the treatment last night. Manchal police has registered a case and further investigations are on.
Wife ends life as husband was jobless
(Siasat News): A woman who was very upset over the unemployment of her husband committed suicide but she said that her husband was not guilty in her suicide note.
This incident occurred in Madhapur police limits where Sujatha, 22 wife of Shankar took the extreme step. Her husband was unemployed but a drunkard. He used to fight with his wife under the influence of alcohol.
Sujatha was fed up of her husband’s life style and hanged herself to death. Police has registered a case and further investigations are on.
Dead body found
Miyapur police has found the dead body of a man who is yet to be identified. The dead body was found from an isolated area situated at survey No. 84 in Hafizpet.
The deceased is said to be around 35 years old. Police is trying to trace the relatives of the deceased. A case has been registered in this connection.
Man dies in train accident
(Siasat News): A man who was trying to cross the railway tracks between Malakpet and Dabeepura railway stations died as he was hit by a train.
According to railway police Kachiguda, the deceased Lingam Goud, 32, was an RTC conductor and residing at commercial tax colony in Hayathnagar. Yesterday, he was hit by a train and died on the spot.
Railway police is further investigating.
Blackmailer journos arrested
(Siasat News): Mailardevpally police has arrested four journalists for allegedly threatening a floor mill owner. Their names are P Venkatesh Goud, V Praveen Kumar, G Shankar and Ashwin.
Police said that the above said journalists threatened the owner of Sri Laxmi floor mill situated at Mailardevpally and demanded Rs. 1.5 lakh failing which they would disclose the illegal activities going on in the mill premises.
The owner was fed up of their constant threats and ultimately lodged a complaint with Mailardevpally police that immediately came into action and arrested the journalists.
