Jeweller robbed of 5 kg gold

Hyderabad, June 15 (Siasat News): Three motorcycle borne miscreants injured a Mumbai based jeweler Mr. Rakesh Sakaira and snatched away a bag containing 5 kgs of gold ornaments in Abids on Tuesday.

The Central Zone DCP, Mr. Akun Sabharwal, has placed the Abids police inspector Mr. K Shiva Kumar, under suspension for laxity in duties.

Police has started a crack down for the robbers and many vital routes of the city are cordoned off. In the meantime, the condition of the injured jeweler is said to be stable.

Police also advised the jewelers not to use autorickshaw as a mode of transport to shift the jewelleries, as this mode is very unsafe. They should use a car instead.

Missing boy found near Charminar

Hyderabad, June 15 (Siasat News): One more incident of the kidnapping of a boy from Asifnagar had sent shock waves among the police personnel.

As the image of the police is under sheer criticism after the recovery of a kidnapped boy’s dead body, this time the city police left no stone unturned to trace the missing boy.

But to the rescue of the police, the missing boy himself was appeared near Charminar and police took sigh of relief.

Constable commit suicide

Hy6derabad, June 15 (Siasat News): A police constable attached to Raidurgam police, killed himself after consuming poison. Veer Raju, 28, hailed from Guntur and recruited in police force in 2007.

He had gone to his native place on vacation and there consumed poison. The cause of taking this extreme step is yet to be ascertained.

Labour’s suspicious death

Hyderabad, June 15 (Siasat News): A 53-year-old labour died in suspicious circumstances in Kukatpally.

According to the details, Venkat Swamy was working in an under construction building where he was hit by an iron sheet and died instantly.

He was the native of east Godavari. Police has registered a case and further investigations are on.

Husband ends life after row with wife

Hyderabad, June 15 (Siasat News): A husband ended his life after a row with his wife. He was upset, as his wife was angry with him.

This incident took place in the jurisdiction of Nacharam police station. G Krishna, 25, a labour, poured kerosene on his body last night and set himself ablaze. He died during the treatment in a hospital.

He had a row with his wife for the gold ornaments he had sold. His wife was very angry. However, under guilty conscience, Krishna ended his life. Police has started the investigation after the registration of the case.
