Motorcycle race on Necklace Road, 72 held
(Siasat News): Police Ramgopalpet arrested 72 youths involved in bike racing at Necklace Road. As per the details, the central zone police had organized a special operation against bike racing resulting in the arrest of youths involved in speedy and reckless riding by Ramgopalpet police.
The arrested youths are between 15 to 18 years of age. Their parents were called by the police and after the counseling; they were allowed to go with a warning not to indulge in this kind of adventure in future.
Youth murdered
(Siasat News): An 18-year-old youth was murdered in Nallakunta police limits. As per the details, the deceased Ramesh, resident of Adikmet, Vidyanagar, was a rag picker. His dead body was found in a pool of blood near his hut.
Police shifted the dead body to Osmania Hospital mortuary and a case of murder was registered. Further investigations are underway.
Six Nigerian citizens arrested
(Siasat News): Hyderabad traffic police has arrested six Nigerian citizens including three women in connection with drunk driving.
Yesterday, a special drive was conducted by Banjara Hills traffic police and six Nigerian citizens were found under the influence of alcohol.
Not only this but they also attacked the media photographers who were busy videographing the arrest process. A case has been registered against them but later they were released on bail.
