Ornaments stolen from Jewellery shop
(Siasat News): Unidentified thieves made their escape good after stealing 30 tolas gold ornaments from a jewellery shop situated at Tarnaka.

As per the details, the jewellery shop Gold World is situated next to the Big Bazar showroom. According to Osmania University police, the thieves made the central locking system defunct and lifted the shutter to some height.

This is how they gained entry and stolen the gold ornaments. It is also said that the heist might have taken place in the wee hours between 2 to 4 am.

A case has been registered and further investigations are on.

Aged woman brutally murdered

(Siasat News): The house of an old lady was ransacked after she was brutally murdered at Vanasthalipuram. The 60-year-old lady Seem Reddy Balamma was smothered to death with a pillow.

At the time of the murder she was in semi sleep state. The killers stole Rs. 25000 cash and the ornaments on her body.

The deceased was all-alone at home as her son had gone to the night duty and daughter-in-law was at her parent’s house.

Police Vanasthalipuram has registered a case and further investigations are on.

Indebted man ends life

(Siasat News): A man who was heavily indebted and was not in a position to clear his financial dues, committed suicide in Kukatpally.

In his suicide note, he held himself for the death, as he was very upset over the financial crunch.

According to KPHB police, A Srinivas Rao, 52, resident of Aditya Nagar, HMT Hills, had committed suicide yesterday.

He was a voluntarily retired man and had borrowed money from many people and was not in a position to repay. Police has registered a case.
