Man arrested for raping friend’s wife
(Siasat News): L B Nagar police has arrested a man for allegedly raping the wife of his friend and a case has been registered.
Police said that Venu Gopal. 36, was the native of Miryalguda, Nalgonda and has been running a show room.
His college friend had once introduced his wife to Venu and he took the advantage of the acquaintance of the woman who herself had lodged a complaint that Venu had raped her.
Minor fell down from height during kiting
(Siasat News): A minor student fell down from the height of a building during kiting as the festival of kites was celebrated yesterday.
Police sources said that Sundeep, 14, was the son of one Jagan of Rajiv Gandhi Nagar in Dundigal. He was busy kiting on the terrace of his building but lost balance and fell down on the ground and sustained severe injuries.
He was admitted in the hospital where he died during the treatment. Further investigations are on.
Woman had a fatal fall
(Siasat News): A woman fell down near Yakutpura railway station in suspicious circumstances.
Railway police Kachiguda said that the deceased Pragya Bharathi, 30, was the resident of RC Puram and has been working as a teacher in a private school.
Yesterday, she had a fatal fall near Yakutpura railway station. Police is investigating.
Man dies in suspicious circumstances
(Siasat News): A 50-year-old man Mohd. Yousuf died in suspicious circumstances in saifabad. Police sources said that the deceased was a government employee and has been living at PJR Nagar in Khairtabad.
On January 11, he had accidentally fallen on hot water and had sustained severe burn injuries. Sources said that he was a B P patient and might have lost his balance when it was high.
He was admitted to hospital where he died during the treatment. A case has been registered and further investigations are on.
