Decomposed body of woman found
Hyderabad, July 14 (Siasat News): The police on Tuesday recovered the decomposed body of a 40-year-old woman, suspected to have been murdered by her husband, at a construction site in Balanagar here.
The woman was identified as C Laxmi, a native of Mahboobnagar.
B.Tech graduate hangs self
Hyderabad, July 14 (Siasat News): A B Tech graduate hanged himself at his house in Rajendranagar, here on Tuesday.
The police suspects the youth might have committed suicide, as he had been ill for the last few days. Mani Kumar, 22, a resident of Bandlaguda, hanged himself at around 11 am when his mother and brother were away.
The SI, Mr. B Raju, said a suicide note written in Telugu was recovered in which the deceased held no one responsible for his death.
Lover’s betrayal led to suicide
Hyderabad, July 14 (Siasat News): A 17-year-old girl committed suicide after she was ditched by her lover at Pahadi Shareef. According to police, Mahendra, 24, and Shanti, 17, were madly in love with each other.
Mahendra had taken Rs. 11000 from his beloved. However, later, Mahendra denied to pay the money and refused to marry her either. This made Shanti very disappointed as she had demanded her money back and reminded him of his promise to marry her.
This made Mahendra lost his temper and threatened Shanti not to demand the money otherwise she will have to face the consequences.
She poured kerosene and set herself ablaze. She died in the hospital during the treatment.
Police Pahadi Shareef has registered a case and further investigations are on.
Store owner held for chain snatching
Hyderabad, July 14 (Siasat News): The Task Force on Tuesday arrested a grocery store owner for snatching chains in the city.
The police recovered a gold chain, two motorcycles, mobile phones and several credit and debit cards from his possession. The accused B Ganesh, is a resident of Jawahar Nagar. After completing B. Com, he opened a grocery store in his house.
The police said he was involved in snatchings at Saifabad, Panjagutta and Ramgopalpet.
