Woman kills former husband

Hyderabad, January 14 (Siasat News): A woman in Uppal, allegedly killed her former husband with the help of her present husband.

This brutal murder took place at Rajendranagar situated in Ramanthapuram where P Swamy, 47, allegedly got killed by his former wife.

According to police sources personal dispute might be the cause of the murder. Inspector Uppal Mr. Satyanarayana said that the deceased was an auto driver and had divorced his wife Anuradha alias Rani.

After the divorce, Rani married Krishna. However, some disputes developed between Rani’s former and present husband, which ultimately led to the murder of the latter.

Police has registered a case and further investigations are on.

‘Diverting Attention’ gang arrested

Hyderabad, January 14 (Siasat News): Charminar police has arrested the notorious ‘diverting attention’ gang and recovered 14 tolas gold mangalsutras, estimated to Rs. 3,30,000 from this 5-member gang.

DSP south zone, Mr. Manish Kumar produced the arrested members before the media in a press conference including four women. It was disclosed that the one Ashok of Sanathnagar had formed this gang.

The gang is involved in 30 criminal cases including some cases in Cyberabad and Medak where they had committed the crime by diverting the attention of the victims.

The modus operandi of the game was that it used to target simpleton ladies and used to drop a purse or valet, full of money, on the ground and divert the attention of the ladies.

They also used to drop fake gold ornaments on the ground and steal real gold ornaments again by diverting the attention.

This gang was the most wanted by the police. ACP Charminar Mr. Ram Mohan, inspector Charninar Mr. Shyam Babu were also present in the press conference.

Man dies while crossing the railway tracks

Hyderabad, January 14 (Siasat News): A 36-year-old man Md. Hussein died in a rail accident occurred in Secunderabad railway police limits.

The deceased was the resident of Hakeempet, Toli Chowki. He was crossing the railway tracks in Ghatkesar but hit by a train.

Railway police has registered a case and further investigations are on.
