Murderers get rigorous imprisonment
Hyderabad, July 13 (Siasat News): Second Additional Metropolitan Judge in a ruling convicted two murderers for 10 years each rigorous imprisonment.
According to the sources, Md. Shafiur Rahman alias Rizwan and Md. Zaheer Ahmed had killed one C Shiva Krishna of Doodbowli on January 11, 2008 in Madannapet.
Inspector Madannapet, Mr. K Ashok Chakravorthy had arrested them on July 23, 2008 and sent them to judicial custody and the hearing on the case was started in 2009.
Today both the convicts were sent to jail for 10 years each rigorous imprisonment at Nampally court and a fine of Rs. 500 each also imposed.
Fake certificate makers arrested
Hyderabad, July 13 (Siasat News): The North Zone team of commissioner task force has unearthed a 3-member-gang that was involved in making fake loan clearance certificates of the banks.
According to the detail, Md. Abdul Waheed, 35, of Malakpet, with the help of his two other associates and formed a gang in order to dupe people with fake loan clearance certificates on the letterheads of the banks.
It is said that Waheed was a broker of the old cars and used to chase only those customers who failed to repay the loan to the bank taken for the purpose of buying a car.
Waheed used to ascertain them that he would take their car and pay the remaining installments and then the car was handed over to his associate Vasanth Rao. He used to contact one Srinivas, RTA broker, and got ready the fake loan clearance certificate and get the registration of the car done.
This is how the gang sold 12 cars so far. Task force team arrested the gang and seized documents and a Maruti Zen car from their possession and handed them over to Mahankali police station.
Ill health led to suicide
Hyderabad, July 13 (Siasat News): An aged woman who was fed up of her ill health, committed suicide by jumping from a building.
This incident occurred in the jurisdiction of S R Nagar police station limits where a 61-year-old woman Rajya Laxmi committed suicide by jumping from the 4th floor of the apartment.
She was a chronic patient of diabetes and had no interest left in life. Last night, when all the other family members were fast asleep, she took the extreme step of ending her life.
Police has registered a case and further investigations are on.
