Nurse posing as doctor, arrested
(Siasat News): The south zone team of commissioner task force has arrested a woman who was actually a nurse but posing as a doctor. This is how she duped many patients, Inspector Task Mr. Surya Prakash said that the accused Varalaxmi, 42, has been working as nurse for quite some time and had gained considerable experience in the field of medical profession.
However, she wanted to become a doctor and to fulfill this desire, she opened a clinic in Kanchan Bagh without a valid medical degree.
When police came to know about this, her clinic was raided and seized the letterheads and other medical equipments. A case has been registered and further investigations are on.
Another passenger arrested with gold
(Siasat News): The custom officials at RGI arrested another passenger with 584 grams gold. As per the details, the passenger whose name is not disclosed reached Hyderabad from Muscat by an Oman Airlines flight.
When custom officials checked his luggage, he was found in possession of 584 grams gold in the form of gold biscuits. When he was grilled, he could not give a satisfactory reply.
Over this, the officials arrested him and handed over to RGI police.
Man electrocuted to death
(Siasat News): A man was electrocuted to death in Mir chowk. Police sources said that the deceased Tahseel Suleman, 50, was fixing an electric meter at a shop near Mir Alam Mandi.
However, he came into contact with a live wire and was severely burnt. He was immediately shifted to the hospital where he died during the treatment.
Husband ends life
(Siasat News): A man, who was very upset over the estrangement with his wife and no communication connectivity, ended his life. It is said that the deceased Narender, 38, had reached the house of his brother-in-law and took the extreme step.
According to Kukatpally police, the deceased was a painter by profession and was married to one Savithri. However, the duo was not on good terms after the marriage and always at the loggerheads.
Fed up over this, Savithri had left the house of her husband and was not traceable since last couple of weeks. Narender was very upset over this as he was missing both his wife and children.
Last night, he reached the house of his brother-in-law and ended his life. Kukatpally police is further investigating.
