Samad’s murder mystery solved, five held
(Siasat News): Police has solved the murder mystery of Mohd. Abdul Samad whose dead body was fished out from Miralam Talaab last week.

After thorough investigations, Bahadurpura police has concluded that the death of Samad was actually a murder and arrested five persons including his second wife and handed them over to judicial custody. DCP south zone Mr. Sabharwal said this in a press conference.

All the accused Mohd. Ahmed, Ghouse Khan, Sheikh Ahmed, Mohd. Jaleel and Asia Begum are in judicial custody now. Abdul Samad’s murder was pre-planned.

The conspiracy was hatched by none other than his second wife only and her paramours Ahmed and Ghouse practically did the needful and his dead body was thrown in Miralam Talaab. Both husband and wife were not in good terms and they used to fight with each other. Asia Begum bore a criminal record, as she was involved in a fraud of Rs. 5 lakhs in the name of self-help groups and had faced police action whereas Ahmed was involved in murder case in Rajendranagar police station limits.

Police has registered a case following the complaint of Samad’s son Abdul Rashid and on December 9, the dead body of Samad was fished out from Miralam Talaab. Police, first of all, took the custody of Asia Begum as she was the prime suspect and was in constant telephonic touch with Ahmed.

She had illicit relations with two other men. When Ahmed was arrested, he revealed the entire story and brought the facts to the notice of the police.

Another dowry death

(Siasat News): A woman who was constantly harassed for more dowry, took the extreme step of ending her life. As per the details, B Laxmi, 22, wife of one Jeevan of Salim Nagar, Malakpet.

She hanged herself in her house. She was being harassed for more dowry by her in-laws. Police has registered a case and further investigations are on.

Injured man in a road accident dies

(Siasat News): A 30-year-old man who was seriously injured in a road accident at L B Nagar, succumbed to his injuries.

The deceased Srinivas was working in an ice factory. He had met with an accident while crossing the road on December 5. Police has registered a case and further investigations are on.

Student hangs self

(Siasat News): A degree student allegedly ended his life in Amberpet. According to police sources, Radhakrishna, 21, was a degree student.

However, he was very upset for quite some time. It is said that he might be worried about the body pain that he wanted to relieved off.

When the pain became unbearable, he might have taken the extreme step. A case has been registered and further investigations in progress.
