Engineering student dies in hostel
(Siasat News): A student residing in a hostel in Mir Chowk, died in suspicious circumstances. It is said that the deceased Haricharan, 21, was the son of one Nagaiah, native of Nizamabad and staying in a hostel in Darush-shifa.
He was an engineering student. Last night, his condition suddenly deteriorated and his roommates Suresh and Srinivas immediately informed his parents who turned up from Nizamabad.
Haricharan was shifted to Osmania Hospital where he died during the treatment. Police is yet to ascertain the actual cause of his death. Further investigations are on.
Alcoholic husband’s harassment led wife to suicide
(Siasat News): A woman who was fed up of the harassment and assaults from her alcoholic husband took the extreme step of ending her life. This incident occurred in Narayanguda police limits where Suguna, 36, took the extreme step.
She was the wife of one Ramulu of Vithalwadi. Both of them got married 17 years back and have two children. Ramulu was an alcoholic and used to fight and beat his wife under the influence of alcohol.
On September, 9, Suguna had left the house and went to her parent’s house. However, on September 10, Ramulu went to her house and somehow persuaded her to come back with him.
But he again did the same thing on the day of his wife’s arrival from her parent’s house. Suguna was so upset that she poured kerosene on her body and set herself ablaze.
She sustained 90% burns and died during the treatment. Police is further investigating.
Suspicious death of Australian native
(Siasat News): An Australian native died in suspicious circumstances in Moinabad. It is said that the deceased Raymond Stone, 77, fell down from the roof of a building and died.
He was the supervisor of an orphanage being run by Christian Missionary in Chilkur. On September 6, he was busy in exercise as per his routine when he fell down on the ground and was severely injured.
Moinabad police said that he was admitted in a hospital where he succumbed to his injuries last night.
Further investigations are in progress.
