Unemployment led youth to suicide
(Siasat News): A youth who was in search of good job, committed suicide as he failed to get one. This incident occurred in S R Nagar police station limits where Kiran Prasad, 31, resident of B K Guda.
He hailed from Kurnool. As he was in search of good job and did not get one, out of frustration, he took the extreme step of ending his life by consuming pesticide.
His friends immediately shifted him to a hospital where he died during the treatment. Police has registered a case and further investigations are on.
Woman ends life
(Siasat News): A woman who was harassed by her husband and in-laws for dowry, committed suicide at Kushaiguda.
According to police, Jankiamma, 28, had set herself ablaze on June 4. She was shifted to the hospital where she died during the treatment.
Her husband Raju was an alcoholic and used to quarrel with her under the influence of alcohol for more dowry.
He had left the house on June 3 and came back on the next day and severely beat Jankiamma. She was so disgusted that she decided to end her life.
Police has registered a case and further investigations are on.
