Inter-caste marriage, girl commits suicide
(Siasat News): A Muslim girl who had converted to Hinduism to marry her lover, proved fatal for her as she committed suicide over the constant torture of her husband.
This incident occurred in Meerpet police limits where Sameena, 22, hanged herself to death. She had married her lover Nagarjuana three years back who was a private employee.
Sameena was the resident of Champapet. After the marriage, the duo was living at Rajiv Gruha complex in Almasguda. They have no children. However, Nagarjuna had started suspecting her character and on this, the husband-wife used to fight as Sameena was subjected to torture and harassment.
When the harassment became intolerable, Sameena took the extreme step of ending her life. Police is investigating.
Dead body found in nallah
(Siasat News): Alwal police has recovered the dead body of a man from Hashmatpet nallah who was a hotel employee.
It is said that the deceased N Srinivas Goud, 42, resident of Hashmatpet, had left his house for work yesterday morning and disappeared and never returned.
Police has recovered his dead body from the nallah today. Alwal police has registered a case and further investigations are on.
Student ends life
(Siasat News): A 24-year-old student committed suicide late last night at his residence in Malkajgiri as he failed to get any job
It is said that the deceased B Naresh, resident of Venkateshwar Nagar, Malkajgiri, was financially not sound and hand to mouth. He was constantly in search of a job but failed to get one.
This led him to acute depression which resulted in his committing suicide. A case has been registered and the dead body is sent to Gandhi Hospital for post moretem.
Pimp arrested
(Siasat News): The west zone team of police arrested a pimp from Nalgonda who was involved in stabbing a police constable at a brothel being run at Jubilee Hills.
It is said that the pimp Sudhakar Reddy hailed from Bhongir and had injured a constable of west zone team by stabbing him a couple of days ago. He was arrested and brought to Hyderabad.
Later, he was produced in the court and sent to jail.
Fall from bike proved fatal for woman
(Siasat News): A woman who had an accidental fall from her bike at Bowenpally police station limits, died. Police said that the deceased Noor Shahida Khan, 54 w/o one Abdul Rahman Khan, resident of Balanagar, was pillion riding the bike with her husband.
When the duo reached near Air Force Station, the bike was severely jerked due to a speed breaker resulting Noor’s fall from the vehicle. This caused injury on her head.
She was immediately shifted to a nearby hospital where doctors declared her dead. Bowenpally police has registered a case and further investigations are midway.
