Woman traveler’s ornaments stolen
(Siasat News): Mahatma Gandhi Bus Station is buzzed with multiple number of travelers going to their native place to celebrate Sankaranthi festival and the rush had given ‘opportunities’ to pick pockets and thieves as happened to a woman traveler Sravi, resident of Kukatpally and hails from Khammam.

She reached bus station along with her infant to board the bus but taking advantage of the situation, some unknown thieves stole 4 tolas gold ornaments, Rs. 15000 in cash and a costly mobile phone from her purse. Afzalgunj police has registered a case.

Three burglaries in Santoshnagar

(Siasat News): Three incidents of burglaries took place in Santoshnagar police limits where the burglars made their escape good with gold ornaments, cash and other costly items.

In the first incident where one Rahmathullah Khan, had gone to meet his relatives and had locked his house. In his absence the burglars broke open the lock and looted 2 gold chains, bracelets, gold tops and costly electronic goods.

The burglars targeted one Jabeen Fatima’s house when she had gone out by locking her house. This time again, the burglars broke open the lock and looted gold ornaments and Saudi Riyals.

The third incident occurred in the house of one Zafar of Rakshapuram and where burglars made their escape good with 4 tolas gold ornaments, Samsung mobile phone and Rs. 5000 in cash.

Santoshnagar police has registered all three cases and a manhunt is on to nab the burglars.

Bank robbery foiled

(Siasat News): An attempt to loot a bank foiled by alert cops. Police said that the robbers reached Ibrahimpatnam co-operative central bank in an Innova car with weapons and gas cutter.

They tried to gain entry into the bank at 1 in the afternoon. However, three constables on patrol spotted the gang and the gang members,out of fear, one by one, fled the scene leaving the car, weapons and gas cutter behind.

ACP Narayanguda and circle inspector Mr. Ghouse inspected the place. Police suspect that the gang might have tried to rob the bank in the midnight also. However, the bank officials confirmed that bank was not robbed.

Further investigations are on.
