Man held for traveling on fake passport
Hyderabad, August 11 (Siasat News): The immigration staff of the Shamshabad airport handed over a traveler to the RGI police on his attempt to travel on a fake passport.
According to the police G Satish, 27, and native of east Godavari, had obtained a passport from Vishakhapatnam in 2001 and went to Saudi Arabia in 2003 as an electrician.
As he developed differences with his sponsor, he made another passport in the name of Ahmed Mubeen with the help of an agent after paying 7200 riyals and sent the passport to India.
Woman dies in road accident
Hyderabad, August 11 (Siasat News): A 65-year-old woman died in a road accident at Uppal here late on Sunday.
Pochamma, a native of Nalgonda, had come to her relative’s house at Uppal to attend Bonalu celebrations.
On Sunday, when she was watching the Bonalu procession, an autorickshaw hit her. Pochamma suffered severe injuries and died while being taken to hospital.
Girl ends life
Hyderabad, August 11 (Siasat News): A 21-year-old girl hanged herself at her house in New Hafizpet on Sunday as the man she was in love with reportedly refused to marry her.
The girl Shiva Parvathi, was a security guard at a private security company. According to the police, Parvathi was in love with a person and planned to marry him.
Since the man refused to marry her, she might have got dejected and committed suicide, said the police.
