Police harassment led to suicide
(Siasat News): A woman who was grilled by police in connection with some theft, committed suicide as she could not bear the harassment and torture. This incident occurred in Alwal police limits where one Renuka, 36, hanged herself to death.
She was the wife of one Venkatesh of Hashmatpet. She has been working as housemaid in a doctor’s family in Banjara Hills.
However, sometimes back she had left that job. After some days, the doctor had lodged a complaint in Banjara Hills police station about the theft in her house and have suspected the involvement of Ranuka.
Police has picked up Renuka and interrogated her. This has turned Renuka very gloomy that led her to commit suicide. Police is further investigating.
One dies in road accident
(Siasat News): A man died in a road accident occurred in Saroornagar. Police sources said that the deceased Mohd. Razzaq, 30, was a driver.
Last night, he was going on his bike but accidentally fell from it and died. Police has registered a case and further investigations are underway.
Woman’s dead body found in rail coach
(Siasat News): Nampally railway police has recovered the dead body of a woman from one of the coaches of the train and she is yet to be identified. Police has extra vigilant after the discovery of the dead body.
The deceased was between the ages of 30 to 35 years. The dead body is shifted to the mortuary and police has started investigations to trace her whereabouts.
