Man killed by kin
Hyderabad, May 11 (Siasat News): A 28-year-old man was killed by his two younger brothers and his father in Kukatpally.
D Anjaneyalu’s head was smashed by one of his brothers with a flowerpot, while the other brother and their father held him.
He was killed for scolding his brothers for stealing from their grandfather.
Three hurt in a row
Hyderabad, May 11 (Siasat News): Three persons were hurt when a watchman attacked them in Begumpet.
The watchman, Gurudeep, knifed one Naseer after the latter fought with him for deflating the type of his bike, parked in front of a plot that Gurudeep was guarding.
Two passersby who came to Naseer’s aid were also hurt.
Husband torch self after wife’s suicide
Hyderabad, May 11 (Siasat News): A man, who was a habitual drunkard, torched himself after seeing his wife committing suicide.
This incident took place in the jurisdiction of S R Nagar police station. The man Balakrishna succumbed to his burn injuries whereas the doctors described his wife’s condition as very critical.
This incident sent shock waves in the area. According to the details, Balakrishna was a labourer and used to beat his wife in an inebriated condition. The same incident happened on May 9.
When his wife could not bear the torture, she poured kerosene and set herself ablaze. When Balakrishna saw his wife in a burnt condition, he also committed suicide.
Both husband and wife were shifted to a hospital where Balakrishna died during the treatment and his wife’s treatment is on. Police has registered a case.
