Police seizes DVDs
Hyderabad, April 11 (Siasat News): The Task Force police on Sunday raided Super Star videos located at Gulzar Houz and seized 1700 pirated DVDs of various Telugu, Hindi and English movies.
The police arrested the owner of the shop Noor Mohammad, a resident of Gulzar Houz. Noor used to buy DVDs from Chennai for about Rs. 30 a disc and sell the same for Rs. 70.
Further investigations are on.
Woman murdered
Hyderabad, April 11 (Siasat News): An incident of murder in the Rein Bazar police station limits sent sensational wave in the locality.
According to the details, Shaheen Begum, 45, resident of Al Jaberi colony, Yakutpura, was brutally killed by some unknown miscreants where her head was crushed with heavy boulders.
Sources said that Shaheen Begum has been staying in this locality in a mortgaged house since last 15 years. There was a dispute for vacating the said house.
Police suspect that the people of the same locality might have killed her.
Further investigations are on to ascertain the exact reason of the murder.
