Man mowed down by lorry
(Siasat News): A man was mowed down by a speeding lorry at Shamshabad. As per the details, the lorry was on its way from Hyderabad to Bangalore.
Yesterday, in the wee hours, a man was crodsing the road and due to the fog, the lorry driver could not spot the man on the road resulting in his being knocked down.
He was severely injured and when shifted to the osmania hospital, the doctors declared as brought dead.
Shamshabad RGI sub-inspector Mr. Mohd. Nasir has registered a case and appealed to the general public to contact on cell No. 9491039173 if they got any information regarding the unidentified deceased.
Gutkha seized in SOT raid
(Siasat News): SOT Shamshabad had raided a kirana store and seized gutkha worth Rs. 1 lakh.
As per the details, Rajesh Kirana Shop was raided by SOT officials and gutkhas of many brands were seized valued at Rs. 1 lakh.
A case has been registered against the owner of the kirana shop.
Woman ends life at Nacharam
(Siasat News): A dejected woman committed suicide when she came to know about the extra marital affair of her husband with another woman. this incident occurred in Nacharam police limits.
Police said that Bhargavi, 35, hanged herself to death yeasterday at her residence. she was the wife of one Srinivas of Raghuvender Nagar colony.
Srinivas had developed illicit relations with another woman and Bhargavi was very upset when she came to know about it. Exchange of heated arguments between the couple had become order of the day.
Whenever Bhargavi talked about the ‘other’ woman, Srinivas used to beat her a lot. When the situation became unbearable for Bhargavi, she ended her life. Police has registered a case.
