Reprimand drives youth to suicide
(Siasat News): A youth who was dejected over the reprimand of his mother and brother committed suicide in S R Nagar.
It is said that the G Chinna, 26, was the son of one Babu Rao. He was jobless and living a wayward life roaming here and there with his friends.
Yesterday, his mother Amrita and brother Srikant had reprimanded him for his vagabond type of life.
Chinna attempted suicide and was taken to a hospital where he died during the treatment. Police has registered a case and further investigations are on.
Woman’s dead body found
(Siasat News): L B Nagar police had found the dead body of a woman from near Musi River that is yet to be identified. Police suspect that the woman might have killed by some unknown persons and her dead body was dumped here.
Police said that the deceased is around 35 to 40 years of age. The dead body was found near the Nagole stretch of River Musi.
A case has been registered and further investigations are on.
Woman ends life over paramour’s harassment
(Siasat News): A woman committed suicide in Chandanagar as she was constantly harassed by her paramour. In her suicide note she had alleged her paramour for her death.
Police is yet to ascertain whether or not the suicide note was written by the deceased Manjula. She was the resident of Kanakiya Nagar.
She was in a live-in relationship with a man Pandu. Police has registered a case against Pandu and further investigations are on.
Security man arrested for ATM heist
(Siasat News): Panjagutta Police has arrested three thieves in connection with stealing money from ATM. Deputy Commissioner of Police, West Zone Mr. A Venkateshwar Rao said he had received a complaint from the owner of Brinks Security Pvt. Ltd., K Venkat Raghavan where he revealed that an amount of Rs. 11,94,000 from the HDFC Bank’s ATM situated at Anand Nagar colony, Panjagutta by using ATM password.
Police had started its investigation and on the basis of suspicion, had arrested the former employee of the Security Company M Sudhir Reddy and his accomplices Yella Reddy and car driver P Bhaskar.
Mr. Raghavan further said that Sudhir was the former employee of Brinks Security. He had deposited money in various ATM machines of different banks.
Though he had left the job but did not surrender the passwords of ATM machines. Using one such password, he stole over Rs. 11 lakh from Anand Nagar on May 27.
Police has recovered the stolen money from him.
