Aged man strangulated to death

(Siasat News): An aged man was strangulated to death at Murad Mahal in Bhavani Nagar. It is said that the deceased Abdul Rahman bin Amer alias Rahman Tailor, 62, was sleeping in his house when some unidentified assailants forcibly entered his house and strangulated him to death and fled with gold ornaments and cash.

Bahavani Nagar police immediately reached the spot with clues team. In the preliminary investigations, it was disclosed that the crime was committed in the wee hours.

The deceased along with his family members had gone to attend a function at Chandrayangutta last night and had returned home late. Police suspect that it seems that the crime was committed by those people who were known to the family members.

Police has registered a case and some persons are arrested on suspicion. Further investigations are underway.

Trick proved fatal

(Siasat News): A 19-year-old boy lost his life when he tried to perform a trick by setting himself ablaze after pouring petrol on his body.

However, the trick failed as the fire engulfed his entire body. The boy Jalaluddin had sustained severe burn injuries.

This incident occurred in Jahanuma that sent shock waves in the locality. Sub-inspector Falaknuma Mr. Saidulu said that Jalaluddin was taken to a hospital where he died last night.

Man arrested with two guns

(Siasat News): The SOT officials of Shamshabad zone had raided a farm house and arrested a man who was in possession of two guns where another is absconding.

As per the details there is a farm house situated behind the Madanpally dargah where it was reported that two persons were living with guns. On a tip-off the SOT officials conducted a raid and arrested a man Eshwariah, 45 and seized two guns.

Another man Bhikshapati, resident of Kuttoor, managed to escape. A manhunt is launched to trace and Eshwariah was handed over to Shamshabad police.
