Passenger held at airport
(Siasat News): A passenger at Rajiv Gandhi International airport was held in connection with an alleged theft and handed over to RGI police.

According to the details, the passenger Zakirul Islam, 39, native of Bangalore, yesterday before departure by Jet airways, was taking a travel kit and chocolate box from a shop situated at the airport premises.

In the meantime, the manager of the shop Shiv Kumar held him red-handed and handed him over to RGI police. A case has been registered and Zakirul Islam was remanded to custody. The value of the stolen kit and box was about Rs. 2000.

Woman dies in suspicious circumstances

(Siasat News): A woman died in Chandraynagutta in suspicious circumstances. However, her relatives alleged that her husband is behind her death.

The name of the deceased was Nasreen, 22, resident of Hashamabad, Bandlaguda. She was the wife of one Mohd. Rafi.

Last night the parents of the deceased got the news that she was not well and later, she died. Both of them got married in 2008 and have two children. Police is keenly observing the dead body after the allegation of murder by relatives of the deceased.

However, a case of suspicious death is registered and further investigations are on.

Man ends life after row with wife

(Siasat News): a man ended his life after having a row with his wife in Miyapur. According to police, the deceased Deva Raju, 35, resident of Old Hafizpet was a labour and was an alcoholic.

Last night, he took the extreme step of committing suicide. Police is yet to ascertain the motive behind his suicide. Police is further investigating.

Woman succumbs to burn injuries

(Siasat News): A man allegedly had set his wife ablaze in Chilkalguda and the victim succumbed to her injuries during the treatment.

Inspector Chilkalguda is not telling any details. However, according to reliable sources, M Laxmi, 45, was the wife of one Yadagiri of Muttuguda.

Yesterday, Yadagiri had set his wife ablaze and she had sustained severe burn injuries and died during the treatment.

Police is yet to ascertain the cause behind this heinous crime. A case has been registered and further investigations are on.
