Suitcase near Alpha Hotel creates panic
(Siasat News): An abandoned suitcase found near Alpha Hotel Secunderbad created panic among pedestrians and shopkeepers.
The bomb squad, which reached the spot, confirmed there was no explosive material in it. Gopalpuram sub-inspector R Gopi said that they got a call about the abandoned suitcase.
But later, the bomb disposal squad found only some clothes in it. Probably some passenger might have forgotten to take it along.
Delay in marriage led to suicide
(Siasat News): A man who was very upset over his delayed marriage took the extreme step of ending his life by hanging.
This incident occurred in Vanasthalipuram police station limits where M Rao, 28, hanged himself last night. He was a private bus conductor and was residing in Vanasthalipuram only but hails from Guntur.
Due to some or the other reasons, his marriage alliance never got finalized and getting delayed. Rao was under mental pressure for this and ultimately took the extreme step. A case has been registered.
