Aged woman brutally murdered
(Siasat News): An aged woman was brutally murdered in Chandrayangutta. It is said that 88-year-old Abbas Bi, was residing near Indira Nagar flyover along with her associate who was said to be 55-year-old.

The duo used to beg for their livelihood. Yesterday, the duo was there at the flyover bridge as usual then some unidentified persons came there and crushed there heads with heavy boulders and fled the scene.

Abbas Bi was severely injured and died whereas her associate is still in critical condition. Chandrayangutta police has registered a case and further investigations are on.

Fatal hit by train

(Siasat News): An unidentified man died in Hafizpet when he was hit by a train.

Railway police Nampally said that a 40-year-old man was trying to cross the railway tracks between Hafizpet and Chandanagar railway stations without realizing that a fast train approaching him that proved fatal for him.

Railway police has registered a case and further investigations are on.

Theft in apartment

(Siasat News): A thief tried to steal the items from an apartment in Langar Houz but failed to do so. However, he succeeded in fleeing the scene. It is said that the incident took place at an apartment in Bapu Ghat.

Police sources said that one Sudha Rani aged between 40 to 45 years has been living in Chaitanya apartment’s fourth floor. Yesterday afternoon a stranger knocked the door of the flat and when Sudha Rani opened the door, he attacked her and tried to snatch her gold ornaments but failed to do so.

As Sudha Rani had raised an alarm, he immediately escaped. However, police has registered a case and search is on to nab the culprit.
