Couple commits suicide in Vanasthalipuram
(Siasat News): A couple committed suicides at Vanasthalipuram in the outskirts of the city but the police did not get any evidence that the couple was married.
It is said that the couple was in a live-in relationship. According to sub-inspector Vanasthalipuram Mr. Sailu, the deceased Raju, 45 and Kavitha, 30, committed suicide in their rented house.
Both were found hanging in separate rooms. Police further said that the couple had move in the house situated in Sri Srinivas colony just two months back.
Raju was the cameraman of a newspaper whereas Kavitha was working in a school. The duo was the native of Nalgonda.
Police is yet to ascertain the motive behind their suicide. Further investigations are on.
No money for liquor, man ends life
(Siasat News): An alcoholic man committed suicide when he did not get money for boozing from his mother.
This incident occurred in Saroornagar police limits where Kundal, 35, took the extreme step. The deceased was a lab technician and residing at Brindavan colony.
He was an alcoholic. Yesterday, he demanded money from his mother but she turned down his demand. A dejected Kundal ended his life.
Police is further investigating.
Another dowry death
(Siasat News): A woman committed suicide for allegedly harassed by her husband and other in-laws.
This incident occurred in Ibrahimpatnam police limits where Sulochana, 30, took the extreme step of ending her life.
She was the wife of one Srinivas of Ibrahimpatnam. Both of them got married nine years ago. However, she was constantly harassed by her husband and other in-laws for more dowry for quite some time.
When she could not bear their harassment any further, she took the extreme step and ended her life last night.
A case has been registered and further investigations are on.
Two die in road accidents
(Siasat News): Two persons including a minor died in road accidents occurred at Bowenpally in Secunderabad and at Kesra in Cyberabad.
According to Bowenpally police, the 2-year-old Gulab Patel son of T S patel, resident of Bowenpally, was playing near his house when a tipper severely hit him that proved fatal.
Kesra police said 21-year-old C H Sekhar, a private employee and resident of M M Pet, was riding his motorbike on February 4.
As the speed of the bike was a bit faster, it collided with the road divider. Sekhar sustained severe injuries.
He was taken to the hospital where he died last night during the treatment. Police has registered both the cases and investigations are underway.
