Minor student ends life
(Siasat News): A minor girl student who was very upset over eve-teasing and her alleged kidnap by a miscreant ended her life in Vanasthalipuram.
Police sources said that Divya Sharma, 17, was the student of class IX and residing at Sharada Nagar. A month ago she had lodged complaint against one Basha for allegedly kidnapping her from her school.
Following the complaint police had taken stern action against the culprit. However, police is of the opinion that Divya was under mental pressure after this incident as this had put her reputation at stake.
Police has registered a case and further investigations are on.
Suspicious death in Chaderghat
(Siasat News): A man died in Chaderghat in suspicious circumstances.
According to Chaderghat police, 27-year-old Sandeep Kumar, used to deliver medicines and residing at Kamal Nagar in Chaderghat.
Police sources said that he was an alcoholic and the excess consumption of liquor is the cause of his death.
A case has been registered and further investigations are on.
Youth commits suicide
(Siasat News): A youth committed suicide near the railway tracks at Chandanagar.
According to Nampally railway police the deceased Lokesh, 16, laid down on the railway tracks between Chandanagar and Lingampally railway stations and crushed by speeding train that immediately passed from there. Lokesh died on the spot.
Lokesh was the resident of Chandanagar. Police is yet to ascertain the motive behind his suicide.
Further investigations are on.
