Minor sold for Rs. 1 lakh

(Siasat News): Pahadi Shareef police has set free a captive girl from the clutches of the kidnappers and arrested six persons including a minor.

It is said that the two and half year old girl was sold for just Rs. 1 lakh. The irony of it was that the minor was kidnapped by her neighbours.

Police was in search of the kidnapped girl Nigar Begum and ultimately recovered her and handed her over to her parents.

In the meantime, inspector Pahadi Shareef Mr. Challapti said that the minor was kidnapped by her neighbours living in Shaheen Nagar and was sold at Bellary in Karnataka. Police has arrested the culprits Shabana Begum, Slama Khatoon, Jahangir Bi, Zeenat Begum, sheikh Shadaab and a minor.

Police has come into action following the complaint of the victim. Police also recovered a sum of Rs. 1 lakh from the possession of the accused.

Stray dogs create havoc and horror

(Siasat News): The menace of stray dogs is once again on the peak at Chaitanyapuri in Cyberabad as these dogs had injured Parineeta, 9 and Bhanu, 20. However, it is also a matter of shame that due to non-availability of the vaccines, the victims were asked to go to Fever Hospital.

It is said that Parineeta was playing near her house when she was attacked by stray dogs. She was badly injured. Later, the dogs attacked a 20-year-old youth Bhanu. The people of the locality had earlier lodged complaints about the stray dogs but as usual, the concerned authorities did not come into action on time.

It is high time that the staff assigned the duty of catching stray dogs would come into action and relieve the public of the horror and havoc of the stray dogs.
