Nurse commits suicide

Hyderabad, April 5 (Siasat News): A staff nurse of Yashoda Hospital, Malakpet, ended her life by administering herself an injection in the hostel of the hospital premises on Monday morning.

The nurse C Divya Nair, 23, hailing from Cherukolpuzha of Kerala, was not happy with the choice of groom selected by her parents, according to the suicide note left by her, the police said.

Further investigations are on.

Inferno in Nampally court

Hyderabad, April 5 (Siasat News): A minor fire in the Nampally criminal courts sent the metropolitan sessions court into a tizzy.

According to district fire officer, Mr. Deendayal, the fire erupted due to the heat generated by a fan in the window AC of the bar association room adjacent to the mahila court.

“They might have forgotten to switch off the AC. As it worked for two days continuously at a stretch, it caught fire,” he said.

RTC bus crushed the passenger

Hyderabad, April 5 (Siasat News): Negligent driving by a an APSRTC driver claimed the life of Mirza Jahangir Ali Baig, 46, a resident of Yakutpura near M J market bus stop on Saturday.

He was trying to board the bus and came under its wheels. Afzalgunj police has booked a case against the driver.
