Hyderabad: In a classic example of neglect, Old City’s already decrepit electric poles and transformers are currently seen dressed with wild creepers growing on them.
People in several streets have also thrown garbage around the transformer limits, making it prone to fire accidents.
Several of these transformers and electric poles covered in green creepers can be seen in and around the historic Charminar, destroying the aesthetic appeal of the site.
