Creative Arts Emmys: Anthony Bourdain awarded posthumously

Washington: Celebrity chef Anthony Bourdain was posthumously awarded on Sunday for his CNN travel and food series ‘Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown’.

The late TV personality won Emmys for outstanding nonfiction writing and best informational series or special at the 2018 Creative Arts Emmys. The series took home trophies for best informational series or special, writing for non-fiction program, picture editing for a non-fiction program, sound editing for a non-fiction program and sound mixing for a non-fiction program, according to Deadline.

Bourdain, 61, was found dead in his hotel room in June. His death was ruled a suicide.
The 70th Primetime Emmy Awards will air on September 17.
